STYLES
The logo of our gym shows a closed fist and a boxing glove.
The fist represents the realism of our styles and the boxing glove represents our sportsmanship.
We strongly believe that it is absolutely necessary to combine these two elements to become succesfull.
Further on the logo also represents our styles: MMA (the fist) and Thaiboxing (the boxing glove).
The disciplines we teach are offcourse Thaiboxing (hey, this is Holland after all!) , Pancrase (Bas Rutten style) and
Shooto.
All of our lessons are conducted by certified instructors who all had there time in the square ring doing competition.
